HOW TO GET STARTED
You'll do all your learning through our Yahoo Buddy groups. The link to the main group is to the left side of this page, in the Main Menu section. When you sub to the group, you will receive a short form requesting more information about you. Please fill that out and return it to us as quickly as possible. One of the Owners will be in touch with you shortly.
THE BUDDY SYSTEM
When you join, you are assigned your very own PSP Buddy. Your Buddy will work with you one on one to help you when you have a problem
or a question, and to encourage you when you get things right. Since we are an active, hands on, learning group you will be expected to participate
in the activities and to share your results.
TIME FRAME
You can have up to 8 weeks to move through the lessons but they can be completed in 2 weeks or less. It all depends on you and how much time you have to give to this process.
We are a work at your own pace group, but you are expected to complete the course within the time frame given.
WHO WE ARE
All of the Owners are Christians. We share graphics and stats with Christian themes and we also share prayer requests from time to time. We don't make or allow graphics or tuts that use nudity, witchcraft, adult content, etc.
HELP WITH PSP TUTS
When you're a newbie, you have a ton of questions and sometimes you're not even sure of what to ask. We've written the Help With PSP Tuts with that in mind. We also want to hear back from you with your suggestions, ideas and comments. If you're having a certain problem with your PSP and can't find the answer, please let us know. We will do our best to help you and we will write a tut so that other PSP'ers can benefit from the problem that you've faced.
Hello and Welcome!
I can hardly believe we've been up and running for over 2 years! And do you know, I still love doing what I'm doing. There's just nothing like seeing someone "get it" and then seeing their creativity blossom!
The image above was made by Sherri-Lynn way back when we first started, but it's one of my favorites so I had to "recycle" it. Sherri-Lynn is no longer with the group but she's still here with us in spirit (sweet smiles).

Now you get to move into the actual "creating" part of the course!
These lessons will teach you how to add text to a graphic, slant it, make it circular, change the size - practically everything you've wanted to know how to do!
These lessons will teach you how to make background tiles that can be used for websites, stationary, tag backgrounds, etc. Now is when you'll start being encouraged to let your creativity shine through!
You've always wanted to know how to make a cute tag to use, right? Here you'll find just how to do that. You'll also learn that it's not nearly as hard as it looks!
You'll be here before you know it! Adding a border, filling it, making it slant, creating a design in the border - you'll learn all this and more!
Here is where you'll start learning how to put those backgrounds, tags and framed images together into stationeries for you and your friends to use. We teach you the basics for both Outlook Express and Letter Creator (a stat making program used by Incredimail).
Yikes! Did you read that right? You? A person who considers themselves to be a beginner - do animations?Yes, believe it or not, you can be brand new to Paint Shop Pro and still make an outstanding animation! These tuts are written specifically for the person who is a true beginner. Trust us, dive in, and give it a try! We know you'll be pleasantly surprised.
That brings you to the end of the Basic Course. Once you reach this level, you are considered an Intermediate user of PSP - Congratulations!
